ShulManager.net is a SaaS community management software for synagogues, operated by Tobeweb, accessible at https://malka-elie.com/synagogue/.

2. What data do we collect?

2.1 Administrator data (user accounts)

Login identifier, encrypted password (bcrypt)
First name, last name, email address
Language preferences
Login logs (date, time)

2.2 Member data (entered by your synagogue)

Name, address, phone number, email
National ID number (Teudat Zehut) — optional
Dates of death (Yahrzeit) of loved ones
Donation history and pledges

2.3 Contact data (homepage form)

Name, email, synagogue name, message
IP address (anti-spam purposes only)

2.4 Technical data

Session cookies (authentication, language)
Server logs (IP addresses, URLs, timestamps)

Data entered in ShulManager.net is exclusively accessible to authorized users of your synagogue. We do not access member data entered by your community except upon express technical support requests from you.

We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical subcontractors who may incidentally access data:

Web host (server infrastructure — European Union)
SMTP provider for transactional email sending

5. Retention periods

Account data: duration of subscription + 3 years
Member data: duration of your synagogue's use of the service
Tax receipts: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
Server logs: maximum 12 months
Contact requests: 3 years

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the following rights:

Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
